For a faster turnaround time fo 6-9 days, the rush fee is $10 per unit per day. This fee is in addition to the standard fee for restoration.
When you need a restoration in 1-5 days, the fee is $15 per unit per day rushed. For instance, if you need a PFM crown in a day the rush fee will be $135 (9 days rush fee on a standard 10 day turnaround schedule). This fee is in addition to the standard fee for the restoration.
